These taste fruity. The directions state to take two or three gummys a day but they don’t specify why I would take only two or move to three. This isn’t a candy, or shouldn’t be so I’d really appreciate better guidelines than two or three daily.
Love these. They taste great and I’ve been motivated to keep up with my vitamins. I haven’t been back for labs since I started them, but will update once I do. I do feel like I have more energy since taking them
If you’re really looking for a gummy that does taste good I must admit I was very skeptical but they actually taste really good take a chance and try them I normally do not leave reviews but this is one of the reviews I felt like I needed to express my thoughts
I was surprised at how great these tasted and they’re quite affordable compared to some of the others. The only thing I don’t really care for is that they aren’t FDA approved.
These are the best bariatric vitamins I have tried! The taste and smell are amazing! They taste exactly like fruit snacks. These are the only ones I’ve found that my body will actually absorb after surgery. I will continue to order for sure!
Like that are chewable. Am taking 2 instead of two because % if needed I take vs what it has is way under but love the fact that are chewable gummies. No after taste!!!
Delicious and tastes like real fruit! Soft like any kind of gummy candy out there. Such an upgrade form the Flinstones vitamins I’ve been taking post op.
I had RNY gastric bypass in 2009 so 8 years later you can imagine how many different types of bariatric multi-vits I’ve tried. ALL of them were chewable pills that tasted like chalk and super hard to gag down or large pills that were hard to swallow. This is my first time finding a gummy multi-vit for bariatric peeps and omg I’m so happy I found this. These nearly melt in your mouth. They are great tasting. I mean, its not like candy but it’s something I actually look forward to having. Plus, it helps my body get the nutrients it needs to survive after gastric bypass. I’ll definitely be purchasing these as my forever MV’s going forward. Thank you!
After trying vile chewables, powder, and, liquid to avoid carnuba wax… I am so very glad I gave in and bought these. I highly recommend these, you will not be disappointed!
These taste better than any chalky chewable multivitamin and my bloodwork shows great levels- no deficiencies! These don’t taste overly fakey, they taste more like gummies from Whole Foods or PCC.

I prefer this vitamin, and I have tried many. I feel great, have energy, nails/hair grow strong & fast. I am writing a review on this vitamin after reading many of the reviews here- I am NOT a doctor or health professional BUT this vitamin works well for me. I have found that it helps boost my energy, immune, and overall health. I also take B12 drops with it and Vitamin C for winter immunity. Please consider the following:
1. Not everyone will be deficient in the same things, everyone is different
2. You will need supplements, as most vitamins will not cover it all (even people who have not had surgery take their supplements)
3. Work with your doctor, to monitor any add’l deficiencies, and go from there
4. ANY- yes ANY multi-vitamin is better than not taking one at all
* ALL vitamins work well with good diet of veggies/fruits and plenty of protein from a variety of sources- that is key.
I love these vitamins because they’re really easy to take, and I tend to slack off taking the chalky ones. They don’t have nearly the amounts of vitamins/minerals recommended by my bariatric doctor, though, so I usually compromise by taking one of my yucky ones per day, and the two gummy serving of this one. So far my dr hasn’t called me out on anything weird with my bloodwork, so it just might be a good compromise for me.
These vitamins taste more like a treat than a vitamin. I started taking these immediately after my surgery. I was concerned that a pill would take up too much room in my smaller stomach pouch. I was actually looking at vitamin patches but when I saw the reviews and the price, I decided to try them. I’m really glad I did. It’s nice to have a fruity treat everyday.
So many bariatric vitamins taste like straight crap, but these are awesome! Not chalky, not gross. They taste just like any kids or women’s gummy multivitamin you’ve tried elseware. They’re not gummy bears no, but they are really good compared to other bari-vitimins.
Love these vitamins, taste great it’s like getting a treat instead of having to swallow a big capsule. Now I never have a reason not to take my daily vitamin.
These are a great deal for price point, I know when you have bariatric surgery, gummies are frowned upon. However, I’m one of the lucky ones that has a difficult time getting vitamins in without getting nauseous. These are easy, taste nostalgic like a fruit roll-up
I love these! I had a hard time taking the bariatric chewables and then I found these. This is the 3rd bottle I’ve ordered. They taste good so I don’t forget to take them.
